16 Mar 2015 Every time I try to subscribe to a mod on the steam workshop, it doesn't show up in the launcher or download to my mods folder. Even if I launch the a random mod. That seems to kickstart the download for the eu4 mods. I have tried all the solutions I can find and still workshop mods will not work. :(.
